Mark S. Justak

Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mark S. Justak is Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Golf Club Masters®, Inc. His sales and operations experience span several decades and various industries. He is an asset to golf and country clubs interested in growing their business, revenues and membership base. He currently holds the position of Chicago Area Sales Manager for Glass America, where he was instrumental in opening two of their new facilities in Northwest Indiana and Illinois, as well as successfully building a strong, solid customer base at each location from ground zero.

Year after year, his success in consistently exceeding aggressive sales goals stems from his innate ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships regardless of the industry or company. Not only does Mark go "above and beyond" for his customers during traditional business hours, but he extends this practice to the personal side of customer relationships as well. Many times, you will find Mark delivering ballgame tickets to a customer on an early Sunday morning or calling a customer's family member to help with an emergency situation.

Mark's general philosophy in generating business and sustaining customer loyalty is that people do business with individuals whom they like and trust. When potential club members make decisions about which golf or country club to use or join, all things being equal, they will join a club with an "easy to do business with" reputation and where they are recognized and made to feel special. Mark conducts much of his business on the golf course, as many business executives do. He often states, "Where else can you go and see 100 potential customers in one day, but at a golf outing and dinner." A golf club's ability to successfully orchestrate all aspects of its operation to deliver superior customer service consistently is the key to the club's ability to generate revenue and build solid relationships with potential and existing members.

Mark is also the original founder of a very successful annual charity golf event which has raised close to a half million dollars in the last 10 years since its inception. The National Children's Cancer Society Annual Northwest Indiana Golf Outing is held in the fall each year with the purpose of helping area children financially that are afflicted with this deadly disease. As a result of his hard work and dedication to this worthy cause, Mark was awarded the prestigious honor of "Volunteer of the Year" for the Year 2000. He also serves on the Board of Directors for "Tradewinds", an organization that provides assistance to children with disabilities.
